Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping Mascara

I’m sure most of you have tried Revlon’s Grow Luscious Mascara by now. It comes in the green tube and seems pretty well liked by everyone. I really liked its bigger wand and was a big fan of the formula. While I never noticed that my lashes grew any quicker or longer I liked the mascara and have repurchased it a few times since it first came out.

Last night while I was at Target I noticed a formulation called Revlon Grow Luscious Plumping. I’m not sure if this is new or not but I hadn’t seen it before. This formula is supposed to give you 200% more volume instantly and still help your lashes grow stronger. I have to say I don’t like this one nearly as much as the original. It’s a much wetter mascara and I think it’s alot harder to build volume when I use wet mascara.

The first is the original Revlon Grow Luscious wand and the 2nd is the new plumping wand. The  new one is a little thinner than the original but they are about the same length. Again I like the original better.

Overall, this isn’t my favorite mascara and I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing (Target was selling in these in 2 packs for $7.99)
